That's why we offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason
(even if the color is simply note quite right for your living
room), simply return the piece for a full refund (except the
cost of shipping). For more information, see Returns
(below).
How to Pay
BY CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you prefer
not to transmit your credit card data over the Internet, simply
indicate that on the order form and we will call you for the
information.
BY PAYPAL: Many buyers prefer the convenience of the PayPal
on-line payment system. Signing up for PayPal is quick and
easy, and right now when you sign up you also receive a $5
sign-up bonus, and if you use our
link to sign up we'll send you the $5 referral bonus we
receive for your sign-up. If you're new to PayPal, you can
actually get $10 just for buying through Wu Studios!
BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: We also accept checks or money orders
by mail, although we think you'll find PayPal is faster and
easier. To pay by check or money order, just place your order
and we'll send an e-mail telling you where to send your payment.
Shipping
We typically ship by UPS Ground, except to Alaska, Hawaii
or International, where we ship via US Postal Service or the
overnight carrier of your choice.
Shipping via UPS Ground or US Postal Service to Alaska and
Hawaii is $5 per item. This includes packaging and insurance.
If you need your package faster, we can ship by UPS or FedEx
overnight or in 2-3 days. Simply indicate if you need to receive
your package sooner and we'll calculate shipping costs for
you.

Packaging
We know how to pack pottery! All shipments come very securely
packaged and breakage is unlikely. Let us know if you have
any special requirements for packaging.
Gift Wrapping and Boxing
We offer gift wrapping for $5 and gift boxing for $5. Let
us know what occasion the gift is for and we'll choose appropriate
wrapping paper. If you'd like to wrap the gift yourself, but
would like a box, simply choose a gift box but no wrapping
paper. All items purchased from this website include one of
Sumi Wu's cards so the recipient can learn a little about
the artist.
For either of these services, simply note your preferences
in the Comments field of the order form.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item, simply e-mail returns@wustudios.com
and we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Package the piece to be returned, preferably in the original
packaging material it came in, and ship it back to:

Please ship the package insured via a method that issues
a tracking number.
